Earlier this month, the ISIS agency for women, Al Zawra, released the first in a line of recipes aimed for the “hungry mujahideen” fighting in Syria and Iraq. The recipe for balls of date mush consisted of simple ingredients that could be found in pretty much every home according to Al Zawra Media and was the kind of healthy treat that provides the hard-working warriors with the energy and the calories they need for a hard day of committing human rights atrocities.

Today, Al Zawra released the next recipe in their line of the jihadi cookbook — pancakes.

This time, in the attempt to make the perfect ISIS pancakes, the recipe is a bit more precise and provides with exact measures eliminating guesswork. All the perfect, fluffy terrorist flapjack calls for is one egg, four tablespoons of of sugar, one tablespoon of  oil, 4 teaspoons of salt, one cup of milk and one cup of flour. The recipe even specifies which frying pan to use and exactly how the Mujahideen brothers and sisters should go about preparing and serving the treats. Turns out, ISIS pancakes are best with honey, not maple syrup.

For those of you who want to give the ISIS pancake a try, the full recipe can be seen here.

Here are a few steps taken from the recipe:
