On Wednesday evening, a newly published dossier made a set of unverified — but very serious — allegations against President-elect Donald Trump. The document, published in full by Buzzfeed, has raised numbers of journalistic, ethical, and political questions.

And, of course, because the story also alleges one very salacious detail, it’s brought about a ton of very funny tweets.

One section of the 35-page report claims that while in Moscow for the 2013 Miss Universe pageant, Trump hired prostitutes to urinate on the bed the Obamas had previously slept in at the Moscow Ritz-Carlton. By Wednesday, #GoldenShowerGate was the top trending topic on Twitter.

On the other side of the Atlantic, Russian officials were quick to vehemently deny the allegations. A spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin called the document “utter nonsense” on Wednesday. A few regular Russians agreed, discounting the claims online, but most also just joined in the joking.

And, one of Russia’s biggest travel agencies posted a joke about Donald Trump’s cameo in a Home Alone 2, where he appeared in a (New York) Ritz Carlton hotel..
